You can make cancellations at any time. Please keep in mind that any deposits made are non-refundable.
Portfolio Credit
MBS Graphic Design reserves the right to add completed projects to our portfolio and
social media. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform us.
Copyright for Artwork
Custom graphic design projects are created at MBS Graphic Design, they are not outsourced,
and are exclusive to each business. The designs are yours after final payment has been made.
Please note that we reserve the right to use stock images in our projects.
Any concepts used, or taken elsewhere for redesign - that are not chosen and paid for
will be a violation of MBS Graphic Design’s rights.
Revisions
Revisions are included in all of our design services and we don't usually charge for a few revisions requested.
However, if an exorbitant amount starts being requested, an additional fee will apply.
We will discuss next steps, if it starts getting to this point.
A project will be considered abandoned if we have not heard from you in 30 days.
You will not have any rights to use any of the work that was presented to you, unless the project has been paid in full.
If we have not heard from you and you contact us after the 30 day abandonment, a start up fee may apply.

Printing Colors
Note that some designs may print differently in color than what you view on your computer screen.
This is due to the fact that each computer screen tint is different and printer machines can print hues differently.
By entering into a project with MBS Graphic Design, you are consenting to be bound by the terms
of these policies and procedures. We post links to this page on our website, invoices and quotes issued,
so it is easily accessible and helps with expectations from both sides.
